Buccaneer Region End of the Year Banquet
The Buccaneer Region will be hosting the end of the year banquet on December 15, 2012 at Oceanside Inn & Suites 711 Beachview Drive, Jekyll Island, GA 31527. Rooms are available starting at $57.00, call 912-6352211 or 866-553-5955 to reserve your room.
The Board of Directors meeting will be held at 9:00am with continental breakfast starting at 7:30am. Lunch will be held around noon based on flow of meeting. Reservations are appreciated.
The Banquet will start with a cash bar available from 6:00pm until ?. Dinner will be served at 7:30pm. There will be plenty of door prizes and our unusual surprise entertainment. The cost for the Banquet is $20.00 per person and $10.00 for kids under 10. Payments are to be made at the door. Please email Ted for reservations or call 912-655-0004.
We will not have a hospitality room available on friday but will have a room and beer/snacks after the banquet.
We are working on the charity solo and will post those details ASAP.
